- 2005 – certificate of competence to practice medicine in the field of algesiology
- 2006 – licence for private practice, for the performance of the function of professional representative and for the provision of consultancy services in the field of anaesthesiology and resuscitation
- 2008 – specialised competence in anaesthesiology and resuscitation
- 2008 – so far cooperation with IVF Zentren Prof. Zech, Karlsbad s.r.o.
